Grant Administrators are responsible for filling out the Administration and Continuous Improvement sections of the Quality Tool.

Create Action Plans
Set a goal for the Continuous Improvement section and another for the Administration section of the Quality Tool.
3.
Submit the Quality Tool
This portion of the Quality Tool and action plan needs to be submitted by September 20, 2024.
