Individual Registration

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Payment must be received by Utah Afterschool Network (UAN) before the event begins. Confirmed registrations are liable for all registration fees. Registrants with pending payment will not be admitted to the event but will still be required to pay in full. 

2. Substitutions are accepted for most UAN events and must be requested at least two weeks before the event date.

Please note: The Well-Being Institute is a non-refundable event; all other UAN events will allow refund requests.

For other events, refund requests may be considered on an individual basis. If approved, refunds will be issued minus a 20% processing fee, provided the request is submitted at least two weeks before the event start date. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances after this deadline.

3. During all UAN events, we intend to photograph and conduct audio and visual recordings. UAN may make use of photographs and recordings (creating, distributing, and transmitting copies) for promotional and other uses, without restriction of media. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please feel free to excuse yourself from these opportunities.

4. Participant names, email addresses, roles, and organizations may be shared with UAN sponsors and supporters for the purposes of communicating related events and opportunities. 

5. By registering for a UAN event, you release UAN from any and all liabilities incurred before, during, and after your participation.
