Call for Proposals | Closed

We’re looking for dynamic presenters to join us for the Virtual Recharge and share your expertise with the afterschool field. Virtual sessions will happen live, run for 60 minutes, and be recorded.

This is your opportunity to inspire, empower, and energize fellow educators by leading a session on topics such as behavior management, youth development, school-day alignment, community service, creative activities, leadership skills, STEM, health and wellness, program administration, family engagement, or any area that supports high-quality out-of-school time programming.

This is your chance to shine, connect, and make a real impact on the field of afterschool virtually! Join us and help energize, motivate, and equip educators across the rural regions.

Have multiple great ideas? Submit as many proposals as you like, bring your best and boldest concepts! The Call for Proposals closes Wednesday, December 17, and selected presenters will be notified shortly after. Professional Development Awards | Closed

In partnership with the Utah Department of Workforce Services, Office of Child Care, the Utah Afterschool Network is pleased to offer Professional Development Assistance Awards and Hotel Awards to support afterschool professionals attending Virtual Recharge. PD and Hotel Awards close on January 22, 2026.
