Afterschool Day On the Hill

You’re invited to join the Utah Afterschool Network and youth-serving organizations from across the state for Afterschool Day on the Hill!

This annual advocacy event brings together program providers, youth, and community partners to highlight the critical role afterschool and summer programs play in supporting Utah students and families. Participants are encouraged to host informational tables, share program successes, and connect directly with state legislators.

This year’s event will shine a spotlight on youth leadership—the confidence, skills, and creativity developed through high-quality out-of-school time programs. We invite organizations to showcase student-led performances and empower youth to staff your tables, speak with attendees, and share firsthand why afterschool matters.
