Content experts from Dr. Aaron Fischer's team within the University of Utah Department of Educational Psychology have designed the Well-Being Institute (WBI) to provide research-based strategies to individuals serving all ages of youth in an out-of-school time setting. WBI will cover topics such as functions of behavior, strategies of engagement, and restorative practices. Added this year is a new focus on helping after-school professionals navigate and reduce stress and burnout and improving their well-being.

Included in the price of WBI are 4 hours of online modular training, and 8 hours of in-person training with Dr. Aaron Fischer and his team. WBI will be held for one day, Saturday, January 13, 2024, 9:00 am-5:00 pm! Our host location is none other than the amazing Neighborhood House, 1050 W 500 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. Bring your team (suggested), come solo, or with a colleague. Registration is limited, guarantee your spot today and register before seats run out. Registration will close as soon as the capacity is reached, or on Jan 8th, 2024.
