OVERVIEW
For those of us in out-of-school time, the mention of "summer" doesn't always bring thoughts of relaxation and rejuvenation. With so many opportunities to support and enrich the families and communities our programs serve, planning and preparing for summer programming can bring an immense sense of pressure to deliver. The good news is that none of us have to do it alone! We'll begin and end this year's free Summer Webinar Series with the most important pieces of intentional programming - planning and reflecting. Join UEPC's Lisa Wisham and UAN's Holly Phillips this April and May as they take us step-by-step through the process of using data and S.M.A.R.T. goals to plan an impactful summer program. Then, in August, they'll return to guide us through a celebration and reflection of our "summer successes" that can launch us into the school year.

Summer Data, Part 2 | Got SMART Goals, Now What?

Lisa Wisham, Utah Education Policy Center
Holly Phillips, Utah Afterschool Network

Participants will build on the Smart Goals they developed in April as they think through all the possible sources of data they can collect during the summer for each of those goals. We will utilize our time together to share ideas, resources and tips as we develop our Summer Data Collection Plan! In addition, we will discuss if and how our planned summer activities and interventions are aligned to our SMART goals.
