Back by popular demand, Southern Recharge will be held at the Courtyard Marriott, Cedar City on February 10, 2024. Professional learning events like Southern Recharge play a crucial role in the development of afterschool staff, educators, emerging leaders, and program administrators. This event provides a platform for individuals involved in afterschool programming to enhance their skills, stay updated on the best practices, latest trends, and connect with others in the field. This event has limited enrollment, so snag Early Bird Registration to secure a seat at Southern Recharge 2024!  We will continue to focus on our theme, Keys to Quality.  Southern Recharge registration will close if capacity is reached.

Southern Recharge Workshop Registration | Closed

Registration capacity has been reached for Southern Recharge. Conference emails and access to our online platform, Sched, will be sent to the email used during registration. To prevent any delays in communication, it is crucial to verify your email address is accurate before you complete the registration form. If you didn't receive the emails check your spam and email us at . Receipts are automatically emailed after registration is completed. If you are registering a group the receipt is emailed to the first person in the group.

Hotel Accommodations

UAN has secured discounted rooms at the Courtyard Marriot in Cedar City, under a discount group rate. These rooms are available to workshop attendees on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to snag one before the rate expires on Jan 15th!  Reservations may be made online with this link or by calling the hotel(s) and mentioning the Utah Afterschool Network.

The Professional Development and Hotel Awards are closed. Notifications will be going out soon.

In partnership with the Utah Department of Workforce Services, Office of Child Care, and the George S. and Dolores Dore' Eccles Foundation, the Utah Afterschool Network is providing Professional Development Assistance Award opportunities to out-of-school time professionals in Utah to help offset the registration cost for Southern Recharge in Cedar City and Northern Recharge in Salt Lake City. Hotel Assistance Awards are also available to assist with hotel accommodations for individuals attending either training, with priority given to organizations more than 90 miles from the venues.  PD & Hotel Awards will be closing on December 15th, at 6:00 pm.
