Rosalba Dominguez

Professional Learning Systems Coordinator

Rosalba’s passion for education started when she was in college and assisted with afterschool programs for a local elementary school with the Boys and Girls Club of Midvale. She then transferred schools to the beautiful seascapes of Ventura County and worked at the Boys and Girls of Oxnard and Port Hueneme with many roles from afterschool specialist, program coordinator, and administrative assistant. Along her journey, she realized that working with elementary students was where she thrived.

Rosalba Dominguez is a lifelong Utah resident, community advocate, wife, stepmother, and urban gardener. As a first-generation Mexican-American born to working-class parents, she learned firsthand that a strong work ethic and passion for communities is what makes the state of Utah a special place to work, live and raise a family. For the past 20 years, Rosalba has been building bridges in her community through her work on various advocacy programs and boards.

In her free time, Rosalba likes to read, spend time with her family, and enjoy the evenings working in her garden.
