ABOUT

Content experts from Dr. Aaron Fischer's team within the University of Utah Department of Educational Psychology have designed the Behavior Management Institute (BMI) to provide research-based strategies to individuals serving all ages of youth in an out-of-school time setting. The training is intended to be a team-approach to behavior management, and although we prefer to have individuals attend from the same program/site location for an immersive experience, it is open to all. Attendees will divide into age-appropriate groups and cover topics such as functions of behavior, strategies of engagement, and restorative practices.

MORE THAN JUST A TRAINING

Included in the price of the training is a follow-up webinar (offered by Dr. Fischer's team) and the opportunity to receive personalized consultation time in the months following the training.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE

Professional Development Assistance Award opportunities are available and valued at $40. Hotel Assistance Award opportunities are available up to $75 per award after the training. Mileage Assistance is also available.
